You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Additional terms may apply to specific products and will be presented at checkout or download.

Orders are placed via our Store. After successful payment, delivery is instant via secure download links in your Workspace and by email. We may use license keys or access tokens to manage entitlements.

Updates: Where stated on the product page, you will receive updates for the specified period. Access to updates may require an active account and compliance with these Terms.

We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected, the item is unavailable, or there is an error in pricing or product information.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Digital Goods for your own projects or within your organization.

You may not: (i) resell, redistribute, or repackage the Digital Goods in a competing product; (ii) remove or alter proprietary notices; (iii) use the Digital Goods to train models that replicate or redistribute our content; (iv) circumvent license or access controls.

Open-source components included in a product are provided under their respective licenses; you must comply with those terms. Attribution may be required where specified.

Prices are shown in the Store and may change without notice. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your location and applicable law.

Refunds: Because Digital Goods are downloadable and irrevocable, all sales are final once access is granted, except where required by law. If you experience a material technical issue that prevents use and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact Support to request a resolution which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks made without first contacting Support may result in license revocation and account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include: illegal content or conduct; infringing, deceptive, or harassing activity; reverse engineering of service security; unauthorized vulnerability scanning; interfering with service integrity; automated scraping beyond robots rules; and using the Services to generate spam, malware, or abusive content.

Security research: If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact Support first and allow reasonable time for remediation. Do not access data you do not own, and avoid actions that degrade service availability.

All site content, trademarks, and product materials are owned by FCM or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.

If you believe your rights are infringed, send a detailed notice including the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and your good-faith statement to our Support channel. We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected account.

THE SERVICES AND DIGITAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FCM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR DIGITAL GOODS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or any license if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for fraud, abuse, or security concerns. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services and Digital Goods may cease, and we may revoke related license keys or tokens. Clauses that by nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue for disputes will be the competent courts or agreed arbitration forum in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Support. If we cannot resolve within 30 days, either party may pursue permitted remedies.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via the site, email to account holders, or Workspace notifications). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
